Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
I completely understand that things come up! 💕 As a small business, my appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, so I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
✨ Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
✨ No-shows will also be subject to a 20% fee.
✨ If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the remaining appointment time.
✨ Please communicate any changes to your appointment as soon as possible so I have the opportunity to offer the time to another client.
